Canonical form, custody, declared intent, bound evidence, external authority conditions, and the potential change surface.
Decision evidence
An attributable result that preserves what was known, what was missing, what boundary applied, and which lifecycle state remains.

WHAT NBX IS NOT
NBX does not replace the systems around it.
NBX is not an identity provider, CI/CD platform, SIEM, GRC suite, orchestration engine, or autonomous authority source. It is being built as a governance layer that evaluates whether a proposed action has the evidence and externally bounded permission required to move toward an operational adapter.
- It does not convert tool access into permission.
- It does not treat policy evidence as self-executing authority.
- It does not currently perform production mutations.
PLATFORM FIT
The strongest pilot starts with a real action boundary.
A useful NBX pilot has a defined proposed action, identifiable evidence sources, an external authority boundary, and a meaningful consequence if the workflow advances incorrectly.
